We are a Great Place to Work Certified organization with a strong presence across 12 states and 137 branches.Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI, RBI, and other statutory and regulatory requirements.- Organize and manage Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and Annual General Meetings (AGMs), including drafting minutes, agendas, and resolutions.- Handle Registrar of Companies (ROC) filings, maintain statutory registers, and ensure accurate corporate records.- Support senior management in corporate governance, regulatory reporting, and secretarial audits.- Liaise effectively with auditors, regulators, legal counsels, and other stakeholders.- Draft, review, and vet agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.- Monitor and ensure timely filings, disclosures, and statutory compliance reports.- Assist in implementing best practices in corporate governance and risk management.Required Skills:- Strong knowledge of company law, SEBI guidelines, RBI regulations, and corporate governance practices.- Proficiency in drafting minutes, resolutions, and legal documentation.- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple compliance deadlines.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Proficiency with MCA/ROC e-filing systems and MS Office tools.- High ethical standards and a commitment to Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Law, or Finance is preferred.- Additional certifications in corporate governance or compliance will be an added advantage.Experience: 25 years of post-qualification experience in secretarial and compliance functions, preferably in NBFC, financial services, or listed companies (ref:iimjobs.com)
