We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Tax Functional Consultant with expertise in global implementations, tax engines, and Oracle Cloud Finance modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge, hands-on experience in Fusion Tax, and the ability to provide end-to-end consulting support for multi-country tax Responsibilities (KRAs) : - Lead implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Tax module across multiple geographies including Europe, China, and APAC.

- Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion Tax to align with country-specific tax regulations and client requirements.

- Design and deliver functional solutions integrating tax engines such as OneSource, Vertex, Taxware, or Sabrix.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Develop prototypes, process flows, and quick reference guides to support knowledge transfer and alignment.

- Conduct functional and integration testing, prepare UAT scenarios, and support business users during testing cycles.

- Ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion Tax with external systems and other Oracle Finance modules.

- Provide best practice recommendations and strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including approach documents and configuration workbooks.

- Coordinate with development and technical teams to validate tax engine integrations and enhancements.

- Support post-go-live activities including stabilization, issue resolution, and end-user Skillsets :

- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Tax with minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience.

- 812 years of overall experience in Oracle Finance Cloud modules (AR, AP, GL, Procurement, etc.).

- In-depth knowledge of global tax compliance processes, indirect tax, VAT, GST, and withholding tax.

- Proven experience in configuring and implementing tax solutions for multiple regions (Europe, China, APAC).

- Proficiency in working with tax engines like OneSource, Vertex, Taxware, or Sabrix.

- Strong understanding of integration points between Fusion Tax and other Finance modules.

- Excellent documentation skills with ability to prepare functional specifications and process flows.

- Hands-on experience in UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.

- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work in cross-functional and multi-country project teams.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills for client-facing roles.
