Role Overview:

We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Fusion ERP modules (Finance, PPM, Procurement based on domain experience). The role involves working with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, design technical extensions, and ensure smooth implementation and support of Oracle Fusion ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion ERP modules (Finance / PPM / Procurement) based on domain expertise.
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom reports, OTBI, BI Publisher reports, FBDI templates, and data migration scripts.
  • Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, working closely with Oracle support where necessary.
  • Perform gap analysis, prepare functional/technical specifications, and support UAT cycles.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP implementations and enhancements.
  • Provide post-implementation support, training, and knowledge transfer to business teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP applications.

  • Strong functional expertise in at least one domain:

  • Finance (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Tax)

  • PPM (Project Portfolio Management)

  • Procurement (Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, Self-Service Procurement)

  • Working knowledge of technical components: FBDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, ADF, Fast Formulas, Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).

  • Experience in data migration, extensions, and customizations within Fusion Cloud.
  • Ability to write functional design documents and review technical build.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with ability to interact with global stakeholders.

Good to Have:

  • Oracle Cloud Certification in relevant ERP modules.
  • Experience in end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
  • Exposure to other Fusion modules like SCM, HCM.
  • Prior consulting experience with IT services or global enterprises.
