This role involves managing a team of 75 service delivery professionals, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 75 service delivery professionals.

• Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

2. Service Delivery Management:

• Oversee the entire service delivery process, ensuring all SLAs are met.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

• Monitor and report on service delivery performance metrics.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and needs promptly.

• Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

4. Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with service delivery.

• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities.

5. Continuous Improvement:

• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

6. Budget and Resource Management:

• Manage the service delivery budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources.

• Forecast and plan resource needs to meet service delivery demands.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in service delivery management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the cloud and data center industry.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in service management tools and software.

• Deep understanding of cloud and data center technologies and services.

Certifications:

• ITIL Certification: ITIL Foundation is a must, with ITIL Practitioner or ITIL Master being highly desirable.

• Project Management Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2.

• Cloud Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.

• Compliance and Security Certifications: CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

• Strong customer focus and ability to manage client relationships effectively.

• Willingness to travel as needed
