Responsibilities:


  • Plan and manage projects, including defining project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with the engineering team and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate clear communication between all stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to project success.
  • Plan and oversee the integration of new features and functionalities with banking partners.
  • Ensure that all integrations are seamless, secure and meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Conduct post-integration reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous enhancement.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes and change logs.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status and performance.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably with any product based companies.
  • Strong understanding of integration processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • PMP or similar project management certification.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to collaborate successfully across cross functions.
