Key Responsibilities :

SAP EDM Implementation : Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EDM solutions, including Master Data Governance (MDG), Data Services (DS), and Information Steward (IS), to support effective data management and governance.

Data Management : Develop and implement data management strategies, including data quality, data integration, data governance, and master data management (MDM) to ensure data consistency and accuracy across the organization.

Business Analysis : Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and design SAP EDM solutions that align with business objectives.

Integration : Ensure seamless integration of SAP EDM solutions with other SAP modules (such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC) and third-party systems. Manage data interfaces and data migration processes to support system integration.

Data Quality Assurance : Implement and monitor data quality processes, including data profiling, data cleansing, and data enrichment, to improve data accuracy and reliability.

User Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of SAP EDM functionalities. Resolve user issues and provide timely solutions to ensure smooth operations.

Documentation : Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, data dictionaries, and user manuals, to support SAP EDM implementations and ongoing maintenance.

Testing and Validation : Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the functionality and performance of SAP EDM solutions.

Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest SAP EDM features, best practices, and industry trends. Apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in data management processes and SAP EDM solutions.

Qualifications :

Experience : 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP EDM, including Master Data Governance (MDG), Data Services (DS), and Information Steward (IS).

Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in SAP EDM tools and technologies, including data governance, data quality, master data management, and data integration.

Project Experience : Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering SAP EDM implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, and support.

Integration Knowledge : Experience with integrating SAP EDM solutions with other SAP modules and third-party systems. Knowledge of data interfaces, data migration, and ETL processes.

Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze complex data management requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.

Problem-Solving Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data management issues.

Documentation : Strong ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP EDM solutions, including functional specifications and user manuals.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its data management capabilities.

- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.

- Certification in SAP EDM or related data management disciplines.

- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
