Stakeholder Orchestration:The ability to manage internal departments (Claims, CRM, Operations) to remove bottlenecks and organize resources around the customer’s needs. Performance Leadership:Expertise in defining and monitoring rigorous performance matrices that measure actual client outcomes and on-ground delight, beyond standard support tickets.
