Strong experience working on ERP systems – preferably WFX or BlueKaktus . Excellent knowledge of vendor management , material sourcing , and cost negotiation . Ability to manage purchase planning , order follow-ups , and timely material availability . Proficiency in T&A (Time & Action tracking) . Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Should be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment . 🔹 Job Responsibilities Oversee the complete purchasing process for raw materials, trims and accessories. Evaluate and approve vendor quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards . Manage and maintain ERP records (WFX/BlueKaktus) for purchase orders, GRNs, and inventory. Coordinate with production, merchandising, and quality teams to ensure material timelines are met. Develop strong vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance. Ensure timely procurement to avoid production delays .
