We are looking for an experienced Security Penetration Tester to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud security principles, particularly within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS), and a proven track record of securing cloud environments. This is a hands-on role requiring a mix of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong communication to collaborate with various teams.


Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Penetration Tester with 4-6 years of relevant experience to join our team. This is a full-time, onsite role. As a Penetration Tester at Secaudi's, you will conduct comprehensive risk assessments, penetration testing, and incident response, as well as provide security awareness training. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities, providing actionable recommendations, and safeguarding our clients' digital environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform penetration testing on networks, web applications, mobile applications, and APIs.
  • Identify security vulnerabilities through code reviews, manual testing, and use of automated tools.
  • Conduct detailed risk assessments and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
  • Provide detailed, actionable reports with recommendations for improving security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
  • Respond to security incidents and offer guidance on security best practices.
  • Deliver security awareness training to clients.
  • Stay current with emerging security threats, technologies, and trends to enhance Secaudi's service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • 5-6 years of hands-on experience in penetration testing, including mobile application security and API security.
  • Proficiency with penetration testing tools such as BurpSuite, Nmap, Nessus, Qualys, and others.
  • Strong knowledge of secure coding practices and vulnerability identification through code reviews.
  • In-depth understanding of OWASP Top 10, SANS Top 25, and other key security frameworks.
  • Relevant certifications such as CEH, OSCP, or CISSP are preferred.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with red teaming, threat hunting, and incident response.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
