About the company:
Spartek group with 3 leading brands SPARTEK, NEYCER, SPARTEKONCRETE in diversified sectors of building / construction products/consumer products, is involved in promoting multiple start ups in Construction related products and areas like precast construction, concrete, PMCs, construction services, tableware etc with new technologies and all products are in different stages of scaling up to large size. The group has introduced a number of innovative products recently which are very successful.
The group is looking to scale up all businesses with senior management focus, develop strong younger teams for succession at various levels. The group plans to identify and develop entrepreneurs for some of the projects in joint venture mode, in construction related, consumer and other diverse sectors.
To help it achieve this target, the group needs professionals with outstanding career records to represent shareholder interests, help in building & mentoring a professional management team and spearhead value creation.
Job Description:
Retired Senior level or independent professionals - to be part of the Management Board wanted (full time/part time/Interim CXO) at Non Board level for a leading industrial group at Chennai to focus on key business segments.
Candidates should have senior level management experience in handling all areas of General management with P&L responsibility/Marketing/Brand enhancements/finance/Operations/ identifying and mentoring entrepreneurs. Past experience in dealing with banking/Investment banking, equity fund raising, legal & commercial, financial markets/services, Supply chain development, Statutory bodies, Entrepreneurial mentoring/development, Industrial development corporations at senior management level will be an added advantage.
Should have been at or dealt with Board/CEO/CXO levels. Apart from outstanding professional skills, good social networking is desirable.
The position will be based at Chennai. For one of the businesses, Hyderabad is an option.
Compensation will be attractive and commensurate with the time and role played in building the group.
Qualification: Post Graduation
Experience: 15 to 20 years
