The group, apart from consolidating current businesses is introducing a number of new projects as start-ups and product launches, some of which have already proved successful market pilot launches and are in different stages of growth to multiple cities. Job Description:
Executive Assistant to Chairman
- The candidate should be an MBA/Engineer/CA graduate with at least 3-5 years of experience in sales & marketing/finance/project execution areas from reputed companies.
- Candidates should be good in IT, technology friendly and proficient in Business/ Financial models & feasibility reports.
- The candidate must be entrepreneurial in mind, have experience/capability for strategy, execution and P&L understanding, with project management skills.
- Candidates must have good communication, initiative, and analytical skills and be result oriented. The profile provides exposure to diverse challenges facing the senior management.
- They should be capable of growing into senior level management within the organisation by successful performance.
