Description : About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipeline development, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern DevOps practices. You will work closely with software development, QA, and IT teams to streamline deployment processes, improve system reliability, and enhance scalability across environments.Key Responsibilities : - Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or GCP.- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.- Monitor system performance and reliability through logging, alerting, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth release cycles and continuous delivery.- Ensure system security, scalability, and high availability through best practices.- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues across multiple environments.- Lead automation initiatives and mentor junior DevOps engineers.- Maintain documentation for infrastructure architecture and DevOps processes.Required Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering.- Strong experience with AWS / Azure / GCP services.- Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or CircleCI.- Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Shell.- Experience with version control (Git) and container orchestration.- Deep understanding of Linux systems administration and networking fundamentals.- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, ELK Stack, CloudWatch, Grafana).- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and DevOps workflows.Preferred Qualifications : - Certification in AWS/Azure/GCP DevOps or Architecture.- Experience with microservices architecture and serverless frameworks.- Exposure to Agile and DevSecOps environments.- Hands-on experience with cost optimization and cloud governance.Soft Skills : - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Leadership and mentoring capabilities.Why Join Us : - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge DevOps and cloud technologies.- Collaborative and innovative work culture.- Competitive compensation and benefits.- Career growth and continuous learning opportunities.
