The ideal candidate will have experience managing multi-channel campaigns, public relations activities, and regional marketing initiatives within the education sector.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute regional and business-specific marketing strategies across multiple platforms (digital, print, outdoor, events).- Design and implement media plans and campaigns to build brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.- Coordinate PR initiatives, including press releases, media relations, events, and community outreach activities.- Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, academics, operations) to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with institutional goals.- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.- Support regional and local marketing activities, including school tie-ups, exhibitions, and events.- Manage vendor coordination, media agencies, and creative partners for timely execution of marketing deliverables.- Track and report region-wise and business-wise marketing performance and optimize campaigns accordingly.- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing, PR, and communication materials.- Stay updated on education market trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or Business Administration.- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, brand communication, or PR, preferably in the education industry.- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, social media management, and event marketing.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong analytical and presentation abilities.- Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM systems).Core Skills & Competencies:- Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management- PR & Media Relations- Digital and Social Media Marketing- Event Planning & Execution- Lead Generation & Branding- Data Analysis & Reporting- Vendor & Agency Coordination- Creativity and Attention to Detail- Strong Interpersonal and Networking Skills (ref:iimjobs.com)
