This role focuses on identifying, building, and nurturing collaborations with corporate organizations, institutions, and industry partners to drive growth and mutual value creation.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute partnership and alliance strategies aligned with organizational goals.- Identify potential corporate and institutional partners for collaborations, sponsorships, and learning alliances.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new partnership opportunities.- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring win-win outcomes for both parties.- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and academic teams to design and implement joint initiatives.- Track, measure, and report partnership performance and ROI.- Develop and execute co-branded marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities with partners.- Address and resolve partnership challenges to maintain strong business relationships.- Stay informed on industry trends and innovations to identify future collaboration opportunities.Key Requirements:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.- 4-6 years of proven experience in partnership management, alliances, or corporate tie-ups, preferably in the education, training, or services sector.- Strong negotiation and business networking skills with experience in stakeholder management.
