Key skills required: SAP Technical project manager, SAP BASIS, SAP HANA upgrades, S/4HANA implementations, and cloud integrations At Coforge we are hiring SAP Technical Project Manager with below skills Skills needed: - 10+ years of experience in SAP technical project management - Proven experience in SAP HANA upgrades, S/4HANA implementations, and cloud integrations - Strong understanding of SAP BASIS, ABAP, Fiori, BTP, and infrastructure components - Experience in managing cross-functional teams and vendor coordination - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in multicultural and geographically distributed teams - Thai language proficiency is a plus - Exposure to Agile/Hybrid delivery models" Roles and responsibilities: - Lead and manage technical workstreams including BASIS, ABAP/Fiori development, SAP BTP, and infrastructure - Coordinate with functional leads, architects, and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of technical components - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocations, and milestone tracking for technical activities - Oversee system landscape design, environment setup, and technical readiness for SAP HANA upgrade - Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across technical streams and escalate as needed - Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and Thai regulatory standards - Facilitate technical workshops, design reviews, and cutover planning sessions - Support integration testing, performance validation, and go-live readiness - Maintain documentation for technical architecture, configurations, and deployment plans - Provide leadership and mentoring to technical teams and junior project managers
