We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to drive our paid marketing efforts across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Marketplace Ads. If you are data-driven, ROI-focused, and passionate about scaling brands through performance marketing, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan & Execute Campaigns: Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Marketplace Ads (Amazon, Myntra, etc.).
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously test and improve ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize conversions and ROAS.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze data, and generate insights to refine campaign strategies.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and optimize ad spend efficiently across channels for maximum impact.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement A/B testing, landing page optimizations, and audience segmentation to drive better results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, content, and product teams to ensure ad campaigns align with URC's brand vision and marketing objectives.
  • Market Expansion: Develop strategies to scale URC's reach in India, leveraging insights from local consumer behaviour and trends.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media buying.
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Marketplace Ads with a proven track record of driving e-commerce sales.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other ad tracking tools.
  • Experience with Shopify, landing page builders, and marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Prior experience in fashion, streetwear, or e-commerce brands is highly preferred.
  • Experience in scaling brands across international markets like Dubai is an added advantage.
