Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience:
  • 15+ years of experience in the software industry, with leadership roles in technology strategy and delivery.
  • Proven expertise in eCommerce, DXP, CRM, Data and related domains.
  • Strong background in engineering, architecture, and technology delivery across geographies.
  • Skills:
  • Deep understanding of Martech, Commerce, AI, Cloud, and Mobile technology landscapes.
  • Demonstrated experience building scalable, high-performance technology platforms and applications.
  • Experience managing large teams of engineers, fostering collaboration and a high-performance culture.
  • Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives across diverse industries.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology strategy with business goals.
  • Proactive in advising on emerging technology trends and creating future-ready solutions.
