We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative PX-Gen AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in machine learning, expertise in Generative AI, and hands-on experience with Agentic AI systems. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions, leveraging various cloud platforms, and contributing to the advancement of our intelligent systems. This role requires a deep understanding of AI frameworks, web development, and the ability to build scalable and robust :

- Design, develop, and implement Generative AI models and applications, including those leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Develop and integrate Agentic AI systems, focusing on intelligent decision-making and autonomous task execution.

- Utilize and optimize AI frameworks such as PyTorch, Langchain, LangGraph, SpaCy, and DSPy for various AI tasks.

- Build and maintain robust APIs using Flask and FastAPI to serve AI models and integrate with other systems.

- Develop and deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms, primarily AWS and Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

- Containerize applications using Docker for efficient deployment and management.

- Work with various indexing technologies to optimize data retrieval and search capabilities for AI applications.

- Conduct thorough LLM evaluation and fine-tuning to ensure optimal performance and mitigate biases.

- Apply strong machine learning fundamentals to understand, analyze, and solve complex AI challenges.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, MLOps engineers, and product managers, to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, and integrate new technologies as appropriate.

- Adhere to best practices for deploying AI models at scale, focusing on performance, monitoring, and maintenance.

- Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills & Technologies :

- Programming Languages : Python (Mandatory)

- Generative AI : Proven experience in developing and deploying Generative AI models (Mandatory)

- Agentic AI : Hands-on experience with Agentic AI principles and frameworks (Mandatory)

- Cloud Platforms : AWS (Mandatory), Azure (Desirable)

- AI Frameworks & Tools : PyTorch (Mandatory), Langchain, LangGraph, SpaCy, DSPy

- Machine Learning Fundamentals : Strong theoretical and practical understanding of core ML concepts (Mandatory)

- Web Frameworks : Flask (Mandatory), FastAPI (Mandatory)

- Containerization : Docker

- Search & Indexing : Experience with at least one indexer (e.g., Elasticsearch, Solr, Pinecone, FAISS)

- API Development : Strong experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs

- LLM Evaluation : Experience with evaluating and fine-tuning Large Language Models

- Additional : MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) certification is a plus.

Desirable Skills :

- Familiarity with other cloud-based tools and services for AI and ML development (e.g., GCP AI Platform, SageMaker services beyond core EC2/S3).

- Knowledge of best practices for deploying AI models at scale, including MLOps pipelines, monitoring, and A/B testing.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
