Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Partnership Manager/Senior Manager with 8-10 years of experience to drive strategic partnerships for our healthcare products/devices across corporates, PSUs, banks, and hospitals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in establishing and managing online and offline brand partnerships and thrives in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnerships Development:
- Identify, pitch, and onboard key corporate, PSU, banking, and hospital partners to promote healthcare products/devices.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.
- Field Engagement (70%):
- Regular on-site visits to prospective and existing partners for presentations, negotiations, and relationship management.
- Conduct training and workshops to enhance partner engagement and product understanding.
- Office Operations (30%):
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to ensure alignment on partnership goals.
- Monitor performance metrics and create reports to track partnership success and areas of improvement.
- Campaign Execution:
- Design and execute co-branded campaigns across online and offline platforms to maximize partner visibility and product uptake.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize partnership ROI.
- Market Insights:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 8-10 years in partnerships, business development, or key account management (preferably in the healthcare products/devices industry).
- Demonstrated experience in both online and offline partnerships.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across industries like corporates, PSUs, banks, and hospitals.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Work Mix:
- 70% field-based (extensive travel as required)
- 30% office-based
- Preferred Qualities:
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
