Head of Token Strategy

This role is central to our company’s success, requiring an expert blend of deep crypto business acumen, complex tokenomics design, and sophisticated user growth strategies (Promotion, Gamification). The ideal candidate will move beyond traditional fund-backed tokens to establish a sustainable, value-driven digital asset linked directly to real-world assets (RWAs).  Key Responsibilities  1. Tokenomics and Asset Structuring (The Core Architecture) Asset-Backed Design: Architect and implement a novel token structure where value is derived directly from underlying tangible or real-world assets (rather than traditional fiat or fund reserves). Value Accrual Mechanism: Define the precise mechanisms by which token holders accrue value, including staking rewards, buybacks, and fee distribution derived from the utilization of the underlying assets. Legal & Compliance Consultation: Work closely with legal counsel to ensure the token design and asset linkage are compliant with global securities and digital asset regulations. Smart Contract Oversight: Define the technical specifications for all core token contracts (ERC-20/ERC-721/custom) related to minting, burning, staking, and asset linking. 2. Strategic Growth and Promotion  Launch Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan for the token launch, targeting key demographic groups and crypto communities. Partnerships: Identify and secure strategic partnerships (exchanges, protocols, custody solutions, DAOs) to enhance liquidity and platform integration. Community Building: Oversee community management strategies across platforms (Discord, Telegram, X) to foster transparency, engagement, and long-term holding.  3. Gamification and Engagement  Adoption Mechanics: Design and implement gamified incentives and mechanisms that encourage early adoption, long-term token locking, and active participation in the ecosystem (e.g., quests, tiered rewards, badges, competitive leaderboards). Retention Loops: Create engaging economic loops that reward user actions beneficial to the network (e.g., referring new users, providing liquidity, participating in governance). Feature Integration: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to seamlessly integrate gamification and token utility into the core application experience.  Required Qualifications and Experience  5+ years experience in finance, consulting, or product development within the blockchain or Web3 space. Mandatory: Proven experience designing, modeling, and launching complex tokenomics for a live project (portfolio/references required). Deep understanding of asset tokenization, specifically relating to fungible and non-fungible real-world assets (RWAs). Demonstrable track record of building and managing token distribution, promotion, and user incentive programs. Fluency in financial modeling and scenario analysis related to token supply, demand, and velocity.  Compensation and Perks  Competitive salary and significant token allocation/equity package. Fully remote or hybrid work options. Opportunity to lead a groundbreaking project at the intersection of traditional finance and Web3 innovation.
