Key Responsibilities:

Undergraduate Growth:

  • Develop and implement strategies to boost undergraduate registrations and engagement on Yocket.
  • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and optimize existing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and partnerships teams to create targeted campaigns for the undergrad audience.

Event Management:

  • Plan, organize, and execute events (online and offline) tailored to the undergraduate community.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and high participant satisfaction.
  • Track and measure event performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders, including educational institutions, to build partnerships that fuel undergrad growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for undergrad-focused projects and initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in the education or ed-tech sector.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and drive data-driven decisions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Event management experience.
  • Knowledge of undergraduate education trends and challenges.
  • Proficiency in tools for project and event management.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years project management experience/ ~ 3+ years of sales experience
  • Study abroad industry knowledge will be preferred
  • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail, problem solving, critical thinking, risk management and multitasking skills.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with project management software tools.
  • Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
