Job Summary : We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for a variety of positions across the company. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building strong teams, possess excellent communication skills, and have a deep understanding of recruitment strategies and processes. Key Responsibilities : Talent Sourcing : Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and internal referrals. Job Postings : Write clear and compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job platforms. Candidate Screening : Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process. Candidate Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates to create a pipeline for future opportunities. Hiring Process Management : Manage the hiring process from interview to offer, including background checks, reference checks, and offer letter preparation. Collaborate with Hiring Managers : Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Onboarding Support : Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Recruitment Reporting : Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction. Stay Updated : Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of [2-3] years of experience in overseas recruitment or talent acquisition. Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in using recruitment software and job boards. Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations.
