The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with vendors and sub-contractors and be well-versed in hiring blue-collar workers from India for international projects.

This role requires frequent travel across India to manage interviews and oversee the skilling process, working closely with training centers, vendors, and sub-contractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit blue-collar workers (construction workers, warehouse helpers, technicians, etc.) for overseas deployment.
  • Work closely with vendors, sub-contractors, and training centers to manage the hiring process.
  • Travel from the Kochi office to different cities in India to oversee interviews and the skilling process.
  • Ensure all candidates meet the required skill levels and certifications before deployment.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to selection, ensuring timely deployment.
  • Maintain strong relationships with sourcing partners and workforce suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and overseas labor regulations.

Requirements:

  • Good experience in blue-collar recruitment for overseas deployment.
  • Experience working with vendors and sub-contractors in India for worker sourcing.
  • Knowledge of the construction, warehouse, or skilled labor hiring process.
  • Ability to travel frequently within India to manage interviews and skilling programs.
  • Fluency in Malayalam and some level of Hindi is required.
  • Strong negotiation, coordination, and relationship management skills.
  • All travel expenses for interviews will be covered by the company.
