The VP Sales will be responsible for driving direct sales growth, leading a team of real estate professionals, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the successful closing of luxury property transactions. This role requires someone who is not only highly skilled indirect salesbut also understands the nuances of the luxury real estate market.Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers/ Senior Sales Managers to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to achieve company goals. Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members to ensure continuous growth and success. Oversee and support agents in negotiating and closing high-value real estate deals.Market Analysis and Strategy: Stay informed about trends, pricing, and new developments in the luxury real estate market. Analyse competitive landscape and develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share. Provide insights to senior management on emerging market trends and opportunities.Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Track, report, and analyse sales performance regularly to identify areas for improvement. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Review and analyse sales data, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and senior leadership teams to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. Work closely with the marketing department to create promotional materials, luxury property listings.Client Acquisition and Networking: Attend high-profile events, property showcases, and networking functions to expand the client base. Cultivate a network of industry professionals, including brokers, developers, architects, and designers. Build relationships with key players in the luxury market to drive business growth.Qualifications: Proven experience in luxury real estate sales, with at least 15+ years in a leadership or senior sales role. Overall experience of 15+ years. Strong track record of successfully closing high-value deals in luxury real estate. In-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market, including current trends, client expectations, and industry standards. Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team along with individually making sales deals to exceed personal target and team target. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors. Proficiency with real estate CRM systems and other sales management tools. A high level of professionalism and discretion when handling client relationships.
