We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Data Analytics to lead our data-driven initiatives and contribute to the strategic decision-making process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leveraging data to provide actionable insights that drive business growth and efficiency.

Industry : FMCG/FMCG Shared Service Center only preferred

Exp : 7-10 yrs in Power BI/Altrix/Advance excel/Powerpoint ppts/SFA ops

Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the data analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to analyze historical sales data, market trends, and consumer behaviour to generate accurate sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.
  • Partner with Marketing to enhance customer segmentation models, allowing for more targeted and personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Utilize data to identify high-value customer segments and tailor sales approaches to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Provide guidance on data analysis methodologies and best practices.
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data.
  • Implement measures to enhance data quality and integrity across the organization.
  • Oversee the development and execution of advanced analytics projects to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Evaluate and implement cutting-edge data analytics tools and technologies to enhance the efficiency of the analytics team.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the impact of data-driven initiatives.
  • Regularly monitor and report on the performance of analytics projects.

Key Skills Required

  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • 7-10 years experience of BI tools such as Power BI/Altrix/Advance excel/Powerpoint/SFA ops
  • Exposure to mainly FMCG Industry / Market Research Companies /FMCG Shared Service center in Data Analytics
