System Transformation:Providehands-on experiencein setting up and customizing suitable visual transformation systems and enhancing user experience alongside business and technology teams. User Experience Design:Conduct analysis and design ofkey user journeysfor internal and external client platforms. Stakeholder Alignment:Utilize exceptional communication and negotiation skills to influence and align diverse business stakeholders on transformation objectives. Compliance & Policy:Ensure all new visual-digital initiatives, policies, and systems are developed and implemented in strictcompliance with the regulatory framework . Implementation Support:Actively support the implementation of new systems to ensure successful adoption and delivery of intended business value.Required Skills & ExpertiseBusiness & Consulting:Proven experience in a Consulting or Transformation role, specifically focusing onDigital and Visual Experience . Expertise in theFintech ,Asset Management , orCapital Marketsdomain (Equities Trading, Fixed Income Instruments, Issuer Communication). Exceptionalcritical thinking , analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
