We're looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst who thrives on solving complex challenges and driving innovation in Supplier Collaboration. If you're passionate about transforming business processes with cutting-edge technology, this is the role for you


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect integration solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate on Procure to Pay (P2P) processes, including RFQ, PO Management, Supplier Collaboration, Capacity Planning, and more.
  • Leverage SAP S4, TMS applications (e.g., ProcessWeaver, SAP TM), BI/Dashboards, Supplier B2B technologies, SQL proficiency, and other tools to drive business capabilities.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring smooth project execution from design to deployment.
  • Manage multiple projects and deliver results using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Provide expert consultation, identifying and managing issues, risks, and scope throughout project lifecycles.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of SAP experience, with expertise in ECC & S/4 (MM, PP), SAP Ariba, and Supplier Collaboration systems.
  • Strong experience in end-to-end implementation projects, including analysis, design, configuration, development, and deployment.
  • Knowledge of advanced BI tools like Microsoft Power Platform and comfort working with large datasets and SQL queries.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to wear multiple hats—Business Analyst, Data Analyst, and System Analyst—while working independently.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with S4 functionalities like Quoting tools, BTP app design.
  • Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) like ProcessWeaver and SAP TM.
