Our flagship platforms — HotLync and InfraLync — are trusted by leading hotel chains globally to enhance communication, efficiency, and service delivery.Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. This role involves identifying prospects, initiating conversations, sending quotations and contracts, and ensuring timely follow-ups on proposals and payments. You’ll play a key role in driving our sales pipeline and supporting regional growth.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, research, and qualify potential hotel clients across India & South Asia.Conduct outbound outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn) and handle inbound leads.Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and contracts to clients.Follow up on pending proposals, renewals, and payments to ensure closure.Maintain and update CRM records and sales documentation.Collaborate with senior sales and marketing teams on campaigns and conversions.Requirements1–3 years of experience in B2B inside sales (SaaS / hospitality tech preferred).Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Experience in preparing quotations, coordinating contracts, and payment tracking.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce).What We Offer₹5 LPA CTC + performance incentives.Opportunity to work with global hotel brands.Growth within a fast-expanding hospitality technology company.Collaborative and innovation-driven culture.
