We are looking for talented individuals to join our Recruiting team who are outgoing, entrepreneurial, highly self-motivated, Goal-setters, Flexible in a fast-changing environment and believe in the importance of forming relationships with clients, candidates, and co-workers.

 


Shift Timing:

US EST 9 AM - 6 PM, IST 6:30PM - 3:30 AM


What is the role? As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for:

 

  • Recruiting varying levels of candidates to fill our open requirements. Creative, outside-the-box thinking is encouraged.
  • Queries job board databases for candidate resumes. Review the resumes and qualifies candidates.
  • Conducting interviews with candidates, including first-level interviews and technical screening.
  • Developing and maintaining a network of technical contacts.
  • Negotiating hourly rates and salaries.
  • Supporting with the re-writing of job descriptions as needed.
  • Assisting in the formatting of candidate resumes and submitting them to the end Client
  • Uploading and updating information into the corporate Applicant Tracking System (ATS) while utilizing our systems to track opportunities and candidates. *Job Diva experience is a plus
  • Conducting reference checks as needed.
  • Scheduling phone screens and face-to-face interviews for candidates.
  • Participating in weekly meetings, contributing feedback and updates on open positions and active candidates.
  • Checking websites and job boards to see if our job requirements are posted under other recruiters (competitive research).
  • Developing strong relationships with our candidate pool of resources.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of 1 year of US IT recruitment experience.
  • Must have a good attitude & excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent skills of verification of experience and documents.
  • Good team player.
  • Good knowledge of IT Staffing.  
  • Good exposure in the full cycle of technical recruitment which involves sourcing, screening and interviewing, and placing candidates in contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
  • Good track record of placing consultants in W2 contracts.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with US Citizens / Green Card holders and EAD's for W2 Contracts.
