We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Analyst to drive our investment and financial strategy forward.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Financial Analyst with a strong background in the hospitality industry. This individual will be responsible for building financial models for hotels, conducting valuations, analyzing return on investment (ROI), preparing investment presentations, and conducting detailed market research. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, solid analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models for existing and potential hotel investments.
  • Conduct financial analysis and valuation of new and existing hotels to determine their ROI and financial feasibility.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations (decks) for stakeholders, including management and investors.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, benchmarks, and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the hospitality sector.
  • Assist in preparing investment proposals, feasibility studies, and business plans for new projects.
  • Collaborate with the development and finance teams to ensure financial strategies align with company goals.
  • Monitor the financial performance of the hotel portfolio and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the hospitality or real estate sector.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience in valuation techniques, ROI analysis, and investment appraisal.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to create impactful presentations.
  • Strong research skills, capable of gathering and analyzing industry data.
  • High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving attitude, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
