Job Title:Digital Marketing ManagerLocation:Meerut (Remote) Job Type:Full-Time Salary:₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance) Working Hours:8:30 PM – 5:00 AM (US Timings) Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced and result-drivenDigital Marketing Managerwith1–2 years of experiencein managing digital marketing campaigns, client projects, and CRM operations (preferably inZoho CRM ). The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, project management, client coordination, and campaign execution for international (US-based) projects. This is anight shift rolebased inMeerut , ideal for someone who can independently handle digital campaigns and coordinate with overseas clients and teams. Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimizedigital marketing campaignsacross multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Manage and updateZoho CRMfor leads, client communication, and workflow automation. Coordinate with the design, SEO, and content teams to deliver campaigns on time. Overseeproject management– setting timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met. Monitor and analyzecampaign performance metricsand prepare weekly/monthly reports. Manageemail marketing campaigns , remarketing, and automation workflows. Research trends and identify new opportunities for campaign improvement. Ensure smoothcommunication with US-based clientsduring working hours. Maintain strong alignment between marketing objectives and business goals. Requirements:1–2 years of experiencein digital marketing, project management, or a similar role. Proficiency inZoho CRM(lead management, campaigns, automation, reporting). Strong understanding ofGoogle Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Analytics tools . Experience inSEO, content strategy, and campaign tracking . Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English. Strongproject managementand multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently duringUS business hours (8:30 PM – 5:00 AM IST) . Based in or nearMeerut . Preferred Skills:Familiarity with tools likeAsana, Trello, ClickUp, or Zoho Projects . Basic design or creative coordination skills usingCanva or Adobe tools . Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability. Experience managinginternational client accounts(especially US-based).
