Execute Process improvement and Quality improvement by implementation of different levels ofPoka-Yoke,Low cost automations, andwork standardization.Essential Skills & Knowledge Must have Knowledge of following Assembly, Testing, Painting and Packing process, preferably in the Engine industry. Tightening techniques and fastening tools. Motion study, capacity planning & Cycle time calculation. Process and costing. Technical Drawing & Standards: Component and assembly drawing. GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and Drawing reading. Engine terminology and their measurement methods. In Quality & Management Systems: Knowledge of systems like ISO/TS, Kaizen, 5S, and lean manufacturing practices. Software & Equipment: Testing software and drafting (AutoCAD) software. Material handling systems and equipment. Soft Skills: Proactive, innovative, team player
