Google Analytics Specialist

Position Overview:

As a Google Analytics Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our digital strategies and enhancing our online presence. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on experience in various digital analytics tools, including Google Analytics, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, MS Power BI, Google Search, Google Ads, and Google tracking and tagging.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital analytics strategies to track and analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance.


  1. Manage and optimize Google Analytics and GA4 accounts, including the setup of custom reports, dashboards, and goals aligned with business objectives.


  1. Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) for efficient tracking and tagging across digital properties.


  1. Conduct in-depth SEO analysis to identify opportunities for improving organic search visibility and website ranking.


  1. Leverage Looker Studio and MS Power BI to create insightful dashboards and reports that provide key stakeholders with actionable data-driven recommendations.


  1. Manage Google Search and Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and performance monitoring.


  1. Implement advanced tracking techniques and conduct A/B testing to optimize website conversion rates and user experience.


  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, web development, and content creation, to drive digital initiatives and achieve business goals.


  1. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital analytics and SEO to recommend innovative strategies and tools.


  1. Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.


  • 4-5 years of experience in digital analytics, with a focus on Google Analytics, GA4, GTM, SEO, Looker Studio, MS Power BI, Google Search, Google Ads, and tracking/tagging methodologies.


  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.


  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI or similar platforms.


  • In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, best practices, and tools.


  • Experience managing Google Ads campaigns and optimizing performance metrics.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.


  • Detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.


  • Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are a plus.
