Role Overview We are seeking an energetic and knowledgeable Fitness Academy Trainer (ACE Specialist) to train aspiring fitness professionals in both theoretical and practical modules of the ACE (American Council on Exercise) curriculum and other WTF Academy programs. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fitness education, possess deep subject knowledge, and be an inspiring communicator who can shape the next generation of fitness trainers. Key Responsibilities Training & Instruction Deliver ACE syllabus-based theory and practical sessions (Exercise Science, Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology, Nutrition, Client Assessment, and Program Design). Conduct interactive classroom and gym floor sessions to ensure real-world understanding. Guide students on exam preparation, mock assessments, and case studies . Demonstrate correct exercise techniques, posture corrections, and injury prevention protocols . Curriculum & Content Management Assist in designing and customizing WTF Academy training modules aligned with ACE and other global standards. Contribute to the creation of training videos, manuals, and online course materials . Keep the curriculum updated with latest trends and research in fitness science and training methodologies. Student Engagement & Mentorship Motivate students to achieve ACE certification and career readiness. Conduct weekly evaluations, feedback sessions, and doubt-clearing classes . Mentor students on career paths, PT business growth, and professional ethics . Quality & Compliance Maintain high training standards and ensure all programs meet ACE and WTF Academy quality benchmarks . Support in academy audits, certification renewals, and practical assessment management . Brand Representation Represent WTF Academy at fitness events, workshops, and seminars. Support marketing teams with demo sessions, webinars, and social media training clips . Key Skills & Competencies ACE Certified Personal Trainer (mandatory) – Specialist in Exercise Science, Functional Training, or Strength & Conditioning. Strong grasp of human anatomy, biomechanics, and kinesiology . Excellent presentation and communication skills – both verbal and written. High level of energy, enthusiasm, and motivation to engage learners. Coaching mindset – ability to train, mentor, and inspire diverse batches. Adaptability – comfortable with classroom, gym floor, and online delivery modes. Technically sound – knowledge of fitness tech, training apps, and performance tracking tools. Empathetic educator – understands learner differences and creates inclusive learning environments. Qualification & Experience ACE Certified Personal Trainer or equivalent international certification (NASM, NSCA, ISSA, etc.) required. Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fitness training, education, or PT coaching. Proven track record of conducting batches, workshops, or corporate fitness sessions . Performance Indicators (KPIs) Training Effectiveness: 90%+ student satisfaction score. Certification Success Rate: 80%+ students clearing ACE exam on first attempt. Batch Completion & Engagement: 100% delivery on time with minimum dropouts. Content Contribution: 2–3 new educational modules or videos per quarter. Placement Support: 70%+ students placed within 60 days post completion.
