Job Description :Key Responsibilities :- Database Development & Optimization : You will be responsible for writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, packages, procedures, and functions.- Your expertise in analytical functions will be crucial for managing and transforming data.- ETL & Data Management : You will use MS SQL tools and services, including SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), to design, develop, and manage our ETL processes.- Performance Tuning : You will be responsible for production-level database performance tuning to ensure our systems run efficiently and meet business requirements.- Collaboration & Methodology : You will work in an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.- Familiarity with Jira for project management is a strong advantage.Technical Skills :- Core SQL : Strong hands-on experience with MS SQL and writing complex queries, packages, procedures, and functions.- ETL : Expertise in SSIS and other ETL tools.- Performance : Proven ability in MS SQL production database performance tuning.- Tools : Proficiency in MS SQL tools and services.- Methodology : Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Certifications (Preferred) : Relevant Database Development or Management certifications are a plus.Experience & Education :- Experience : A minimum of 7- 10 years of experience in a similar role.- Education : A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred (ref:hirist.tech)
