Role-Finacle HelpdeskPerform EOD/BOD activitiesKey Responsibilities- Major issues of Core Banking application Finacle. - Responsibility of delivering END - to-END resolution and call closer process. - Providing Navigational support for resolving the queries related to Cash Handling, Liabilities, Loans and Advances, Clearing and remittances issues on Finacle application. - Providing voice call support to bank users. - Handling Finacle CRM related issues - Resolving Interest application issues for CASA, Loans, CC, OD, and TD accounts. - Solving service calls and pending calls. - Handling locker and Chargeman related issues - Provide support to do EOD activities of all the Branches/SOLs. - Report generations: - Daily report, Weekly report, Fortnight report, MIS report at month end along with graphical presentation.QualificationsBE/B.tech /MCA / MBA/BSc Computer - 60% and above.Knowledge of ITIL business process.Exp in banking domain.Exp in Finacle 10x.Role Proficiencies:1. 2 to 4 years2.
