This role demands a strategic thinker who can effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.Key Responsibilities:1. Stakeholder Engagement and Requirement Analysis- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and interpret their requirements. - Translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.2. Architectural Design and Solution Development- End-to-End Solutions: - Design comprehensive solutions that integrate applications, infrastructure, data, and integration points using Java 17, Spring Boot, and associated frameworks. - Create solution blueprints, high-level designs, and detailed technical specifications. - Technical Feasibility: - Conduct thorough feasibility studies and technical assessments to evaluate potential solutions. - Recommend optimal architectural approaches based on assessment outcomes.3. Technical Governance and Compliance- Ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. - Participate actively in architecture and design reviews, providing insights and ensuring compliance with established guidelines.5. Technical Leadership and Team Collaboration- Provide expert technical guidance and leadership to project teams, facilitating problem-solving and strategic decision-making. - Work collaboratively with cross-border and local teams to ensure the best practices are implemented effectively.6.
