The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical thinking, domain expertise, and hands-on experience in applying advanced analytics to solve complex business challenges.Key Responsibilities :- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define business problems and design data-driven solutions.- Perform exploratory and statistical analysis to uncover patterns, risks, and opportunities.- Work with large datasets using SQL and Python while ensuring data accuracy and interpretability.- Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams.- Ensure solutions comply with U.S. banking regulatory and business standards.- Partner with internal teams to integrate analytics with data engineering and AI/ML models.Required Qualifications :- 4 to 6 years of experience in analytics or data science, preferably within the BFSI domain.- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.- Prior experience working with U.S.-based financial clients.- Hands-on experience in predictive modeling, customer segmentation, and risk analytics.- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration.- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
