We are seeking a dedicated on-site resource to manage PR and content initiatives for XLRI Jamshedpur. The role involves close coordination with XLRI faculty, students, and marketing teams, along with Vertoz’s Brand Solutions and Execution teams, ensuring seamless communication and high-quality content delivery.

What you will do:
• Regular co-ordination with Brand Solutions and execution team with XLRI Professors and marketing manager
• Capturing content as per the strategies adopted by Brand solutions team from the respective team at XLRI
• Monitoring social media and other content going out for XLRI by Vertoz.
• Proactively taking pointers from the faculty/students and other concerned departments for regular PR initiatives to be executed.
• Monitoring quality checks of video or creative curation done by video team at XLRI.

Requirements

•Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Marketing, PR, or related field.
•2+ years of experience in Public Relations, Content Management, or Social Media Handling.
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for faculty and team coordination.
•Hands-on experience in content curation, social media monitoring, and campaign execution.
•Ability to proactively gather insights and drive PR initiatives independently.
•Familiarity with video/creative quality checks and brand guideline adherence.
•Willingness to be based full-time at XLRI Jamshedpur campus.

Requirements
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred. •Experience: 3-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth. •Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with (specific industry) and its market dynamics, trends, and challenges. •Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. •Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and create win-win outcomes for the business and clients. •Analytical Skills: Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform business strategies and decision-making processes. •CRM Expertise: Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho to track leads, deals, and progress. •Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. .
