BIM Architect

Job Summary We are seeking aSenior BIM Specialistwith5+ years of experienceto lead and manage BIM processes forUSA-based architectural projects . The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge ofBIM modeling, project coordination, team leadership, and quality control (QA/QC) . This role involvesleading a BIM team , overseeing project execution, and ensuring compliance withUSA BIM standards . TheSr. BIM Specialistwill be expected to optimize workflows, ensure model accuracy, and drive continuous improvements in the BIM process.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage thedevelopment, implementation, and optimization of BIM modelsin Autodesk Revit, ensuring compliance withUSA standards . Provideleadership and mentorshipto a team of BIM professionals, ensuring smooth project execution and skill development. ConductQA/QC checkson BIM models to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements and standards. Overseeclash detection, coordination reviews, and resolution of design conflictsusing Navisworks, ensuring that all disciplines are integrated properly. Develop and implementBIM Execution Plans (BEP), Level of Development (LOD) strategies , and streamline workflows to ensure project efficiency. ImproveBIM workflows, automation processes , and model performance, increasing overall productivity. Maintainstrong client communication , providing regular project updates and managing expectations across international teams. Stay updated with the latestUSA BIM standards, tools, technologies, and industry trendsto enhance the team's capabilities and deliverables. Coordinate with cross-functional teams(architects) to ensure effective collaboration and successful project delivery.Skills & Competencies Advanced proficiency inAutodesk Revitfor complex BIM modeling and architectural project coordination. Strong understanding ofUS architectural codes, building regulations , andBIM standards . Expertise inNavisworks for clash detection, coordination, and model reviews . Proficiency inBIM 360and other collaborative project management tools (preferred). Proven ability tolead, mentor, and manage a BIM team , ensuring high-quality work and efficient project execution. Strongproblem-solving and analytical skillsto ensure the accuracy and quality of BIM models. Excellent communication andstakeholder management skillsto collaborate with international clients, consultants, and internal teams. Highly organized with the ability tomanage multiple complex projectsand drive continuous improvement in BIM processes.
