The innovative IT team further strengthens APARC’s capability and competitive edge.Position:Tender Executive Location:Ahmedabad Department:Projects Job Type:Full - time Experience Required:Minimum 1 Year Qualification:Graduate/Post-Graduate in Planning / Engineering / Architecture / Technical disciplines or related fields (open to equivalent qualifications with relevant experience).Key Responsibilities ·Tender Identification & Management oRegularly search and identify relevant tenders through government portals, private sources, and online platforms. oMaintain a database of upcoming and ongoing tenders. ·Proposal Preparation oDraft, compile, and submit technical and financial proposalsin line with client and tender requirements. oPreparedata sheets, forms, and annexuresas per RFP formats. oAssist in preparingcompany credentials, supporting documents, and presentationsfor tender submission. ·Planning & Scheduling oCreate tender submission schedules and ensure timely preparation of documents. oCoordinate with internal teams and external consultants to collect necessary information. ·Financial Understanding oPerform basic financial calculationssuch as costing, pricing, and budget estimation for tenders. oSupport in preparingbid cost sheets and comparative statements. ·Client Coordination oCommunicate with clients, consultants, and departments to clarify tender requirements. oEnsure smooth follow-ups and submission tracking. ·Documentation & Reporting oMaintain tender-related records, agreements, and supporting documents systematically. oProvide periodic reports on tender status and submissions to management. Required Skills ·Strong knowledge oftendering processes, proposal writing, and documentation. ·Excellent communication skills– verbal and written inHindi and English (mandatory) ; knowledge ofGujarati or any additional languagewill be preferred. ·Proficiency inMS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)and familiarity with e-tendering portals. ·Ability to preparedata sheets, schedules, and financial summarieswith accuracy. ·Good organizational skills and ability to work within strict timelines. Eligibility ·Minimum1 year of relevant experiencein tendering, proposal writing, or project documentation. ·Qualification inPlanning, Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline(open to candidates from equivalent backgrounds with relevant skills). Preferred Attributes ·Detail-oriented and systematic approach to work. ·Ability to work independently as well as in a team. ·Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. ·Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.Note:This role is crucial for supporting the organization’s business development and ensuring timely and professional tender submissions.
