Role & Responsibilities :


We are looking for a passionate and strategic UX Researcher with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in uncovering insights that shape and drive the user experience across our digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, plan, and execute research strategies that help us better understand our users needs, behaviors, and also be expected to independently identify new research opportunities using a mix of data analytics and qualitative insights, helping us continuously improve our product design and performance against key KPIs.

Key Responsibilities :


- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Design, Marketing, Analytics, etc.) to identify and prioritize research questions.

- Design and execute end-to-end user research strategies including qualitative and quantitative methods.

- Independently identify new areas of exploration using tools such as Google Analytics, ContentSquare, and other behavioral insights platforms.

- Create and manage usability testing plans, run studies, and analyze results to inform design and product decisions.

- Utilize research tools such as tree testing, card sorting, and surveys to gather actionable feedback.

- Establish test hypotheses, track results, and present findings in compelling, visually engaging formats.

- Translate complex research findings into clear and actionable insights that inform product development and UX design.

- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of user experiences through data-driven research aligned with KPIs.

- Advocate for user-centered design by effectively communicating research insights to Candidate :


- 57 years of hands-on experience in UX research, applied research, or related fields.

- Proven experience designing and conducting usability tests, writing test plans, and analyzing user data.

- Demonstrated expertise with research and analytics tools, including :

1. Google Analytics

2. ContentSquare

3. Tree Testing & Card Sorting

4. UserTesting platforms

5. Surveys and feedback tools

- Strong ability to work independently and proactively suggest areas of research based on observed user behavior or product performance.

- Experience in hypothesis creation, A/B testing, and reporting research outcomes to influence key product decisions.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex insights in a clear, engaging, and persuasive manner.

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a deep understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
