UX/UI Designer

Key responsibilities:
1. Translate business models, customer acquisition strategies, and offers into high-performing user flows and experiences
2. Partner with marketing teams to create UX strategies that align with campaign objectives, brand messaging, and growth goals
3. Understand the full customer journey from first ad impression to conversion and beyond, and optimize critical touchpoints for maximum impact
4. Lead user research initiatives including persona development, customer journey mapping, and behavioral analysis
5. Analyze marketing data such as ad performance, landing page metrics, and funnel analytics to uncover user insights and optimization opportunities
6. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for landing pages, microsites, funnels, and marketing-driven products
7. Ensure designs are mobile-first, conversion-optimized, and aligned with brand standards
8. Work with marketing, product, development, analytics, and copywriting teams to turn UX strategies into executed, measurable outcomes
9. Act as the UX advocate across departments, balancing user needs with business goals
10. Regularly interact with international clients to gather requirements, present UX strategies, and lead collaborative design workshops
11. Confidently articulate design rationale and strategic recommendations in a business context
12. Handle client feedback effectively, positioning yourself as a trusted UX partner
13. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure UX deliverables are completed on time and aligned with broader project goals
14. Help set timelines, expectations, and success criteria for UX initiatives
Requirements:
1. 0 - 1 year of proven experience in UX design and UX strategy, preferably with a focus on marketing-driven or conversion-focused projects
2. Strong understanding of business models, growth funnels, acquisition channels, and marketing offers
3. Deep knowledge of UX/UI best practices, behavioral psychology principles, persuasive design, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) techniques
4. Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools
5. Experience leading or coordinating with cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid environment
6. Stellar written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to simplify complex concepts for clients and teams
7. Experience working with international clients, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and business etiquette
8. Ability to operate both at a high strategic level and roll up your sleeves when needed for tactical execution
9. Strong understanding of mobile UX and performance optimization
Bonus Points If You Have:
1. Experience in SaaS, D2C e-commerce, or B2B marketing funnels
2. Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to make data-driven UX decisions
3. Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) for smoother handoffs to development teams
4. Certification or formal training in UX, Behavioral Design, Growth Marketing, or related fields
