Job Description :Deep knowledge of Oracle Utilities C2M suite :- Customer Care and Billing (CC&B)- Meter Data Management (MDM)- Service and Asset-based architecture within C2M- Field Service Integration (e.g., with MWM or external FSM platforms)- Smart Grid Gateway (SGG) for integration with head-end in meter-to-cash (M2C) processes including :- Billing, meter reads, usage processing, VEE, exceptions handling, service orders- Strong understanding of Customer Information Systems (CIS), MDM, and utility operations- Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework and Integration Skills :- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and Oracle MFT- Familiarity with Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture- Knowledge of head-end system integration, AMI, and SCADA data flows (via SGG or custom adapters)- Strong experience in data modeling, batch processing, schema design, and validation rules within Oracle Utilities applications- Understanding of Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, and performance optimization techniques- Knowledge of role-based access control, security policies, and data privacy and Leadership Skills :- Enterprise utility architecture design experience- Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and architecture blueprints- Proven track record of delivering Oracle Utilities solutions in large-scale utility implementations- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills both technical and business-facing- Capability to lead cross-functional teams and conduct architecture reviews and workshops- Risk identification and mitigation planning in solution delivery- Exposure to cloud migration strategies and hybrid models (on-prem to cloud C2M migration) (ref:hirist.tech)
