About The Role :

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Project Manager to lead and deliver a critical BI project within the Retail domain.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analytics, project management, and hands-on experience with BI tools and platforms.

This role demands excellent team leadership skills, technical proficiency in SQL and Microsoft BI stack, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of BI projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

- Oversee data collection, transformation, and visualization processes.

- Perform SQL queries to extract and manipulate data as needed.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and business users.

- Ensure timely delivery of dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.

- Manage project scope, schedule, and resources effectively.

- Maintain high-quality documentation and project tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience in managing BI or data analytics projects, preferably in the Retail domain.

- Strong hands-on skills in MS SQL Server, SSAS, and Power BI.

- Working knowledge of ETL processes and tools.

- Familiarity with Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Synapse).

- Excellent understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and business intelligence concepts.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or BI platforms.

- Prior experience in a retail analytics environment is highly desirable
