Grow Your Staff is looking for a Web Developer and Digital Marketing Executive for a UK-based digital-first company offering web solutions, LinkedIn automation tools, and lead generation services. This is a full-time remote position.The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will be directly working with the leadership team.Experience required- 2-5 yearsCTC- 12-15 LPALocation- RemoteTime- 1:00 pm- 10:00 pm (Monday - Friday)Type of employment- Full-timeResponsibilitiesWeb Development- Design, develop, and maintain websites for both the client and its customers using WordPress, Webflow, or custom code (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) - Implement responsive, mobile-friendly designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility - Optimise websites for speed, performance, and SEO - Integrate analytics, CRM, and automation tools to enhance functionality - Conduct regular audits to ensure uptime, functionality, and security complianceDigital Marketing- Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads and social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) for in-house and client projects - Conduct keyword research, write high-performing ad copy, and track ROI - Support content creation, including blogs, landing pages, and newsletters - Use analytics tools to measure, report, and optimise campaign performance - Provide insights and recommendations for continuous digital growthUX/UI & Brand Experience- Apply UX principles to enhance user journeys and engagement - Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive branding - Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and improve site usability and conversion ratesRequirements- HTML - CSS - JavaScript - CMS platform (WordPress or Webflow) - Google Ads - SEO - Google Analytics - CRM toolsPreferred- Experience with LinkedIn Ads and B2B digital campaigns - Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or Adobe XD for UI design - Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneouslyQualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience (2+ years) in web development and digital marketing - Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and digital advertising tools - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - High attention to detail and project ownership - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
