You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including development, design, and marketing—to drive product development from concept to launch.The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality, user-focused products.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Vision & Strategy- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements. - Define API and database integration requirements with technology partners.Agile Development- Work closely with development teams using agile methodologies to ensure timely and high-quality feature delivery. - Prioritize and maintain the product backlog based on business priorities.User Stories & Acceptance Criteria- Create and maintain epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and documentation to guide development. - Clearly communicate product requirements to the development team. - Ensure coverage of non-functional requirements, edge cases, and technical API details.Cross-Functional Collaboration- Collaborate with design, development, and QA teams to ensure a seamless product development process. - Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team.Market & User Research- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry best practices. - Conduct user research and collect feedback to inform product strategy.Release Planning & Quality Assurance- Participate in release planning and coordinate with deployment teams. - Monitor and analyze product performance post-launch. - Define and uphold product quality standards, working closely with QA to ensure compliance.Risk Management- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the product lifecycle. - Proactively address issues that could affect timelines or deliverables.Enterprise Application Proficiency- Learn and navigate complex enterprise applications to understand workflows and functionality. - Apply domain knowledge to solve industry-specific challenges.Requirements Elicitation & Business Translation- Gather and prioritize requirements from clients and stakeholders. - Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional features aligned with company objectives.Workflow Design & Wireframing- Design intuitive workflows and data flows to enhance usability in industrial applications. - Create mockups or wireframes using tools like Figma or Balsamiq.Communication & Collaboration- Clearly articulate features and workflows to developers, designers, and stakeholders. - Collaborate effectively across teams and integrate feedback to refine solutions.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA or equivalent experience is a plus). - Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within agile development environments. - Strong understanding of agile methodologies and adaptability to changing priorities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. - Proficiency with project management and agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Experience writing software requirements and user stories is essential. - Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.Benefits- Health insurance coverage for employee and family. - Two weeks of vacation + one week of sick leave annually. - Work-from-anywhere flexibility (India only). - Professional development opportunities (training, certifications). - Annual performance bonus and salary revision.Equal OpportunityKore Geosystems is an equal opportunity employer.We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
