The Product Owner (PO) is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and ensuring the realization of the project goals as aligned with the product strategy. Working closely with various stakeholders, including the development team, the PO ensures that the product backlog is well-defined and that business needs are met within the constraints of time and resources.

**The primary responsibilities of this job include**:

- ** Define and Manage Product Backlog**: Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain a product backlog that aligns with the product vision and business objectives.
- ** Prioritize Needs**: Prioritize features, enhancements, bug fixes, and technical debt to ensure that work aligns with product goals and customer value.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Regularly interact with stakeholders, including customers, to gather feedback and understand their needs and priorities.
- ** Acceptance Criteria Definition**: Work with the development team to define acceptance criteria and ensure that the delivered product meets the agreed-upon standards.
- ** Iteration Planning**: Actively participate in planning sessions and be available to provide clarity on requirements during development iterations.
- ** Monitor Progress**: Continuously review the product and make adjustments as necessary, including updating priorities in response to changes in the business environment.
- ** Provide Support**: Serve as a liaison between the development team and other parts of the organization, providing clear communication and supporting the resolution of impediments.
- ** Compliance and Reporting**: Ensure compliance with organizational policies and provide regular status reporting to management and other interested parties.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a product owner, product manager, or related role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand technical aspects and communicate requirements to a development team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar is a plus.
