Job Summary :We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with strong experience in ERP applications to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and improving user experiences across ERP modules.You will collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to transform business requirements into seamless digital solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Design and enhance user interfaces for ERP modules and enterprise applications.- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs.- Translate business processes and workflows into effective UI/UX solutions.- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and visual designs.- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.- Establish and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UI/UX standards.- Optimize ERP applications for responsiveness, accessibility, and usability.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related field.- 57 years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a focus on ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar).- Strong portfolio demonstrating ERP/enterprise application designs.- Expertise in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.- Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups.- Strong understanding of ERP workflows, business processes, and user personas.- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills (ref:hirist.tech)
