UX/UI Designer

Location: Chennai, Onsite Type: Full-Time (Immediate Joining Preferred) Experience: 1 - 2.5 years SaaS product design experience is required. Portfolio submission is strongly preferred. Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated UX/UI Designer with hands-on experience in designing for SaaS products , especially B2B or AI-driven platforms. The ideal candidate is skilled in transforming complex product requirements into elegant, user-friendly interfaces. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless user experiences that drive product success. Key ResponsibilitiesUser Experience (UX) Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability studies to uncover user needs and pain points. Develop user personas, workflows, journey maps, information architecture, and interaction models. Translate product requirements into wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and user flows. Validate design decisions through user testing, data insights, and iterative improvements. User Interface (UI) Design clean, modern, and scalable interface layouts for web and mobile SaaS dashboards. Deliver polished high-fidelity mockups that follow design patterns and brand consistency. Design intuitive and scalable interfaces for SaaS and AI-based products . Create and maintain UI kits, style guides, and full design systems. Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for usability. Collaboration & Delivery Work closely with product managers to understand business goals and translate them into user-centric solutions. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders with clarity and rationale. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment . Ensure timely delivery of design assets in line with sprint cycles and product roadmaps. Required Skills & Qualifications 1 - 2.5 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer. Experience working on SaaS products (mandatory). A strong portfolio showcasing successful UX/UI work for SaaS products and product design projects . Proficiency in design tools such as Figma , Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, or similar. Strong understanding of UX fundamentals - IA, wireframing, prototyping, and usability. Solid grasp of UI design principles, layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Understanding of responsive design for web/mobile applications. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to convert product ideas into functional and user-friendly interfaces. Must be able to work onsite with cross-functional teams. Good to Have (Optional) Experience designing AI-driven product interfaces (ML dashboards, AI tools, conversational UI, etc.). Familiarity with Agile methodologies or working in product-driven startup environments. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for better collaboration with developers. Experience with animations, motion graphics, or micro-interactions. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design. Why Join Us?
